“Blade Of The Rolling Sea:Relentless Release!” Sae would say this as he unseathed his blade which caused five massive slashes to hit Hymiki’s skin but they were shallow enough to not cause her defeat. Sae would then rush at her throwing a strong kick that would connect with Hymiki’s block who absorbed the blow and fired a precise Soul Energy beam at Sae which he dodged by leaning his head backwards. After doing this Sae would swing the katana which nicked Hymiki’s cheek and Hymiki would fire another concentrated Soul blast which barely connected with Sae’s check leaving a tiny burn on his face. The two would then engage in a high pace hand to blade with Hymiki reinforcing her hands with Soul Energy to not get her hand split down the middle by Sae’s blade.

  During this exchange Sae would exclaim,“Try using your Rein form but instead of letting it spread through your body, focus it in your hands! It should help you in clashes like this.” Sae would kick Hymiki away but allowed her to focus on doing what he just told her. When she tried to activate this form it would activate which caused Hymiki and Sae to be confused. Hymiki would say,“Rein!” but then yet again nothing would happen. “Hm?” Sae would be confused by the lack of transformation from Hymiki so she tried again and again and again. She even tried so many times that she fell on her back on the floor due to burning out her Seele. Hymiki while on the floor panting said,“Why… is… it… not… working..?” Sae in response with that stupid grin on his face said,“Cause I don’t know? Maybe spamming your technique over and over again is a really dumb idea, don't you think?” Hymiki while on the floor and looking at Sae said,“You were the one who told me to keep trying… And anyways it’s over now I’m gonna rest.” Hymiki’s eyes would then close as she fell into a deep sleep.

  As Hymiki woke up she could hear two people talking and when she fully opened her eyes she could see Sae and Cranston talking. Cranston, while having his hand on Sae’s shoulder, said, “We need you to go on a Z++ mission so I’ll need to ask you to leave Hymiki in my care for now.” Sae while looking at the half awake Hymiki would say,“Well all I ask is to not send her on missions that are S+ or higher and also reinforce the basics I taught her.” After saying this he would hand Cranston a small red notepad with all of Hymiki skills and weaknesses in it. Hymiki, hearing all of this, ran over to the two men with a confused look on her face while saying,“What the hell do you mean? These people are going to be having me clean the hallways or some dumb stuff and I ain’t doing that. Plus that mission that you are going on I can handle it right?” Sae would look at Hymiki and say,“Yeah no kid. You would probably die before we even got there from fear and don’t worry about cleaning the halls or getting cats from trees. Cranston will be having you put your life on the line so don’t expect to be bored. Just survive for now. I'll be back in one to two weeks.” After saying this he gave Hymiki a surprisingly genuine grin and she returned the look with a confused face. In Hymiki’s mind she thought, “Who is the man to tell me what I can and can’t do?” Before Hymiki could say what she thought Sae patted Cranston as he would disappear to head off to his mission.

  Cranston would then turn to the still irritated and confused Hymiki and say, “Welp let’s get you to your first mission, it’ll be an A rank mission where you are going to support an elite squad of Soul Finders to find and regain a S- rank weapon that has been stolen from one of our bases by the group known as The Hands Of Death. You ran into one of them in that forest near Shinjuku. The six members that took this item have been labeled as B+ to A- rank threats so be on guard. I really don’t need you dying right now.” After hearing the briefing Hymiki asked Cranston Hymiki had an excited look on her face as she said, “Well, quick question. What is this weapon and if I complete the mission can I keep the weapon?” Cranston would squint at Hymiki with a confused face and then say, “No.That weapon is known for its ability to corrupt one’s mind and soul despite giving the user of it immense power.” Hymiki’s face would turn from curious and happy to disappointed and insulted. “Do you really think that I can’t handle some silly soul corruption from a blade?” Hymiki would say this with her hands open and wide. Cranston’s eyes were closed with annoyance as he sighed. After doing this he turned to the airship that was behind him and clasped his right hand three times and ten Soul Finders with sleek jetpacks came down and stood beside him, their faces covered by their standard issued helmets. The glowing white eyelenses of the helmets beamed into Hymiki’s mind and soul alike which unnerved her greatly. Cranston would then say,“These are all experienced Soul Finders who have all lost a friend or family member to soul corruption. Doesn’t matter how strong you are, it affects everyone all the same.

  I would normally have you go on a separate mission but we are stretched really thin right now. Understand?” Hymiki would then respond, “So just recover it right?” Cranston would then shake his head up and down. Hymiki, seeing this, would look at all of the armored people that stood besides Cranston and asked,“Will I get that armor too?” Cranston shook his head as he said,“That armor is reserved for veterans of the Soul Finders. Not only to mention you are not a part of our organization.” Hymiki after hearing this shrugged her shoulders as she said,“Just wanted to know and plus.” She started chuckling as she said,“I didn’t need that crap anyways.” Cranston after hearing this had a slight grin on his face. “Well since that is all out of the way these fine men and women will be going on this mission with you. You will listen to them but don’t be afraid to question them when they don’t make sense.” After he said this he signaled for Hymiki and the other Soul Finders to hold onto him. Hymiki was about to question Cranston again but she was getting tired of hearing his voice so she did as she was asked. As they all held on to him Cranston said, "Expedition: Foraging Of The Many.” As he said this all of the people touching him were teleported to a dense forest that leads to a massive building. The building was about fifteen stories high with the setting sun making the normally gloomy building look somewhat lively. The squad leader who turned out to be Caput took off his helmet and looked back at the rest of the team as he said, “So your name is Hymiki right? I owe you and Sae on for saving me back on that island. I would thank you more but the others would get mad at me if I wasted any more time so let's get moving.” After saying this he put back on his helmet and signaled for everyone to follow him.

  As Hymiki followed him she looked at the others and their equipment. She noticed how their chest plates had different colored energy cores. One of them had a red energy core while Caput had a light green one and as she looked at their helmets she noticed they had black numbers and letters on them. Caput for example had a C-5 on it while another person had F-9 on it. Before she could make any more realizations Caput told everyone to take out their weapons as they were about to reach the imposing walls that surrounded the secluded building. When he said this all of the Soul Finders would double tap the armor on their wrist and after they did that nano machines came out from the wrist armor and formed weapons that fell into their hands. As Caput charged up his dual pistons he sent four of his squad members to the backside of the base and he also sent five others to use their jet packs to fly to the top. Hymiki seeing all of this soon put the dots together, she and him would be the ones to invade through the front. As she realized this she went to say something for what felt like the one millionth time this day she got cut off by Caput who said, “You're going to use that energy beam of yours to punch through the front door okay and then.” Hymiki at this was so annoyed about being cut off that she just stopped listening and toned him out until he said go and when she heard that all of the people inside that building were doomed.

  “BOOM!” As this sound rang through the building the infantry of the Hands Of Death that were inside of the building went on guard. This however was of little use as Hymiki went on a rampage slaughtering everyone that came in her path. One of these soldiers charged at her with a Soul Energy powered sword and swung at her head which she ducked with ease and kicked the person in the chest pushing them back. After doing this Hymiki rushed forward and kneed the soldier in the face causing the person to drop the sword which Hymiki grabbed and plunged straight into the person’s chest ending their life in an instant. As Hymiki raised her head several bullets came flying towards her head but they were blocked by Caput’s armor as he stood in front of her. After doing this Caput yelled,“You can’t just rush ahead you're going to get yourself killed!” Hymiki looked at Caput with a serious face as she responded, “Well then why don’t you keep up?” Caput then shook his head with confidence as he rushed ahead with Hymiki right behind him. Several soldiers rushed at them with swords and brash knuckles while others stayed in the back giving them supporting fire. Caput seeing this said “Aero Hands: Twin Dancers!” As he said this, two massive semi-visible hands bursted from the ground grabbing many of the troops and slamming them against a nearby wall with Hymiki following up with a massive blast of energy eviscerating the other remaining troops. As Caput restrained the knocked out troops he instructed Hymiki to make sure there were no other enemies in the vicinity before they moved on to the other floor.

  As Hymiki went through the rooms she heard a chewing sound coming from the last room she had to clear. When she approached the room the smell of blood emanated from it, the stench making her stomach bubble. She opened the door to see a massive figure looming over several bodies and before she could get closer the figure quickly raised their head to look at her. As the figure got up and turned to face her, Hymiki could see the bloodied face of the person or whatever this thing was. As they stood up their presence filled the room with a sense of bloodlust that hit Hymiki like a truck. As Hymiki’s eyes looked at the figure she saw the scared and damaged helmets of several Soul Finders chained to a belt the figure was wearing and once her eyes met the figure eyes which were bloodshot Hymiki was starting to feel scared. “Carnage…” The figure said this in a crazed voice, blood and saliva dripping from their mouth. Hymiki took a step back as the figure roared, “CARNAGE THE BARON! RAHHHHH!” After saying this the figure charged at Hymiki with blinding rage and speed and tackled her to the floor. After doing this the figure raised their hands and slammed it into Hymiki’s chest cracking the floor underneath them. Then they picked her and threw her out of the room through the wall. Before Hymiki could lift up her head the twelve foot figure slammed a sledge hammer made of bones into her stomach sending her reeling away. Her vision was bloodied and blurred as the figure roared chants of Carnage. “So. You really think that cause you’re stupid and you're crazy you’ll just walk all over me huh?!” As she said this she got to her feet as her Soul Energy levels spiked causing the figure who was revealed to be a stitched up mess to snap its neck towards her with its blood crazed eyes and it gripped its bone hammer with immense intensity. The two fighters looked at each with Hymiki’s eyes showing focus while the monster's eyes were going all around the place showing signs of insanity.
