The weak warm light emitted from the lantern collided with Obsidian's eyes which were releasing a green light. Like a fish tail following its body moving in the water. That greenish light moved quickly following wherever her eyes shifted.
"It is too late." Then Obsidian knelt right beside Sinhart's body lying on the bed.
A faint sweat was seen covering Sinhart's forehead. Obsidian who saw it gently wiped that sweat away. Suddenly something appeared, like a thin white mist coming out from inside Sinhart's body. That mist gradually thickened, as if turning into a liquid form, that thing is what is called Anima.
"From the beginning humans were already unequal, those born to be Anima sorcerers and those who must become victims of Anima."
Slowly Sinhart's entire body began to be shrouded by Anima energy.
"...Then Anima sorcerers, those born with talent and those who spend time and energy to bow to the talented ones," Obsidian continued.
Obsidian observed every detail happening to Sinhart's body.
The energy blanket was thin, its edges slightly produced a weak white light. Obsidian's hand which previously touched Sinhart's forehead was slowly pushed away by the pressure of that energy blanket.
"His Anima energy is coming out," said Obsidian who felt that push.
Obsidian's eyes gazed at Sinhart, her gaze seemed to sink deep into Sinhart's body.
A human body should not be able to have two souls, but Sinhart has two souls. Therefore both souls reacted, blending with each other to become a new unity.
Call them the red soul and the blue soul. Previously the red soul held control of the body since birth, while the blue soul was always in a passive condition.
This condition did not match the function of the red soul. But, because... the relationship between these two souls never changed. The consequence is either destruction or unification. But if what happens is both souls are destroyed, the body will be like a living doll without a soul.
But where exactly... did the blue soul come from?
The answer is Reincarnation... when He took a chosen soul and put it into a newborn body. That newborn body had a destiny to die. But, because of the reincarnation process itself. That destiny was broken and in exchange the soul of that body had to disappear or fade, giving control of the body to the reincarnated soul.
Meanwhile in Sinhart's body the red soul is the original soul, and the blue soul is the reincarnated soul.
Exactly when Obsidian began to move. The wooden bed frame which was already aged made a sound, accompanied by the sound of moving bed springs. Obsidian immediately brought her face close to Sinhart's chest.
"The beauty of this soul: it is very beautiful!"
Obsidian's neck moved to the side forcing her ear to press against him. Sinhart's energy blanket that blocked Obsidian slowly loosened.
His heartbeat is still too weak. If it is like this I cannot analyze Sinhart's Anima energy using my Anima technique. I must be able to awaken it... then study it.
The woman smiled thinly, "In that case I must use a slightly rough way."
Obsidian pulled back her head. Raising her right hand level with her face, then quickly Obsidian took a deep breath.
"Shift: First Heaven."
Normal breathing frequency, while the heart beat faster and faster. The Anima energy inside Obsidian's body reacted. Her own heart activity became faster, making the reaction in her Anima energy spin around at a very high speed.
That high spin eventually created an outward thrust. Pushing Obsidian's Anima energy out from its energy core. The Anima energy that previously was only around her core spread further, expanding until it almost left her body.
Because of this, the raw energy called Anima Eugenes. Previously Anima Eugenes was in the layer under the skin. But it started to be pushed out by the Anima energy itself.
That series of reactions caused a body condition that was now shrouded by energy in the form of thin water or dense mist.
Anima Eugenes overflowed in Obsidian's body. Her eyes observed every detail of her own body.
"Hmm I am actually not very skilled with this." Obsidian raised her right hand in front of her face.
At that very moment, a pile of her Anima Eugenes clumped in Obsidian's hand. Obsidian's right hand moved slowly, aiming right above Sinhart's chest.

With one quick movement Obsidian pushed hard. Sinhart's body was pressed down hard, bent and bounced slowly on Obsidian's soft mattress.
"This is the first time I feel the pain called stinging,"
For a moment the two Anima Eugenes belonging to these two people collided. Obsidian's energy was stronger, thanks to Obsidian previously gathering her Anima Eugenes at one point.
That made her succeed in penetrating Sinhart's energy blanket and making hard physical contact.
The push given by Obsidian caused an effect on Sinhart, forcing Sinhart's heartbeat to race faster, now that energy spin reaction was gone.
The thrusting force that actually happened shifted the Anima Eugenes roughly, causing it to fade and disappear completely. The Anima energy shrouding Sinhart now changed, a deep red color shrouded his body.
Sinhart's Anima energy, the true soul possessed by humans.
"A red that is pleasant to see,"
"But it is a pity what comes out of this child does not represent his name,"
Obsidian's eyes quickly noticed it.
From near the shoulder strap, behind the fabric of Sinhart's clothes, at the same time a small green light appeared. Obsidian's hand casually penetrated that unstable red Anima energy blanket. Taking something that circled Sinhart's neck.
"Pendant?" Her eyes scanned from the clasp part to the heart of that pendant.
"...Jewel?"
As if merging together. The green light appearing from the pendant and Obsidian's own two eyes.
"Artifact!" Obsidian's smile was seen again.
Obsidian brought that pendant close to her eyes, observing the pendant for quite a while.
"But of all colors... how lucky. It seems it is time for me to move to a larger house." Obsidian smiled before putting Sinhart's pendant back on.
But, if it were yellow I would surely crush this pendant into dust.
The air around Obsidian blew slowly breaking her focus. That breath was caused by the Anima energy from Sinhart's body which was overflowing.
Realizing it Obsidian immediately closed her eyes, focusing her mind to do one thing. This time Obsidian's breathing frequency was slightly faster than usual.
"Shift: Second Heaven." Together after Obsidian said that, Shamrock green Anima energy came out from her body.
Just like what happened to Sinhart. Obsidian's Anima energy overflowed as her heart beat faster. This output energy instability made the Anima Eugenes loosen from the body.
The Anima energy level activated by Obsidian, Second Heaven.
Physically it will increase the speed of the heartbeat and breathing frequency, at this level also the Anima energy comes out completely and then shrouds, although it gives a risk. A very unstable energy output.
The house for a moment was very silent inside.
From within her closed eyes, Obsidian focused even more. The air passing the body gently, the silence of the room, and the dim light.
"Shift: third heaven," Obsidian said faintly.
The breathing frequency returned to normal as before, her heartbeat was also more stable. The Anima energy shrouding her body also thinned more than before.
Anima Eugenes this time merged with the Anima energy. Producing a perfect Anima energy output, visible from her body.
Quickly Obsidian opened both of her hands.
"Anima Technique:,"
Slowly Obsidian's Anima energy focused in both of her hands, forming an energy tube in the right hand and an energy scalpel in the left hand.
"Test tube and Scalpel,"
Obsidian used the flow of Anima sorcerer technique, material transmutation. Creating something from her own Anima energy.
Obsidian slowly brought her scalpel close to Sinhart.
"A condition when feeling peace, love, and affection."
Without disturbance that energy scalpel flowed calmly, cutting Sinhart's Anima energy, the part of Sinhart's Anima energy that was cut then entered into the tube.
That energy tube was placed above her head, standing balanced without movement. Meanwhile her energy scalpel disappeared turning back into the Anima energy blanket.
The tube began to react with Sinhart's Anima energy, like seeing a green color catching a red color. That red Anima energy moved around inside the tube and slowly turned greenish like Obsidian's Anima energy.
Obsidian took her energy tube.
"I hope... I can learn from you,"
That energy tube approached Obsidian's open mouth. Slowly the energy that was still not perfectly green was inserted and swallowed by Obsidian into her body.
Obsidian's face tensed, when swallowing the Anima energy inside that tube. Even so Obsidian casually began to press her hand on Sinhart's chest.
"I should have vomited it, it always tastes bad,"
Obsidian's hand touching Sinhart slowly caused a reaction to him.
Obsidian activated her second Anima technique,
"Anima Technique: Autopsy,"
The small contact provided by Obsidian's Anima energy with Sinhart slowly contaminated Sinhart's energy core, causing the Anima energy visible on Sinhart's body to fade.
Obsidian's hand slowly moved away from Sinhart's body.
"Anima Technique: Reversal autopsy!"
Right after Obsidian said that, the red color shrouding Sinhart's body disappeared completely.
Reversal autopsy is a technique variation that reverses the effect of autopsy, instead of healing it damages Sinhart's energy core. This makes his energy core completely erased or one could say I killed him.
But normally... the erasure of an energy core means killing a human, that becomes a different story if having two souls in one body.
Looking at Sinhart, Obsidian smiled very wide, squeezing her own hair with both of her hands even her hair strands which were neat before turned messy.
"From the beginning the way he inserted another soul was not right, how stupid!" Obsidian seemed to be talking to herself.
If one wants to do something
Consistency is needed
If one wants to save a soul
Then one must sacrifice another soul.
It is useless! Think about that!
The reincarnated soul should have...
Should have...
Should have...
PERFECT condition...
Ratio 90:10
10:90.
In the middle of that silent room, Obsidian raised her face upward. Her eyes looked at the ceiling of her house.
"ONLY IN THAT WAY CAN THAT THING BE CALLED REINCARNATION WITHOUT KILLING BOTH SOULS!"
A breath.
"How can one waste a beautiful soul just for the sake of another soul that is innocent and STUPID!"
Repeated breaths.
"The view toward the world is just like water flowing in a river!"
This time Obsidian adjusted her breath which had been high into low. Slowly her Anima energy entered back into her body.
Then her face bowed.
"But," a soft word and as if a very happy feeling came out from behind her voice.
Obsidian laughed a little.
"Thank you... I found it,"
Laughing, laughing, laughing, then stopped.
"Even though it is a different universe what is called heart: feelings: are stronger than everything:,"
Obsidian was silent for a moment.
"...It will not disappear that easily, truly: I really want to feel it,"
Laughing, laughing, laughing, then stopped.
"THAT IS WHAT IS CALLED HUMAN IS IT NOT RU!"
Her breath was again irregular.
"I must not be like this, the insane part of me is becoming more visible... That is not good,"
Slowly that silence returned again.
Sinhart's body had lost its Anima energy. But, slowly it appeared again, a blue colored Anima energy from Sinhart's body.
A glimpse of Obsidian's green eyes radiated as they met it. As if Obsidian was looking far into that blue color.
Before Obsidian stood up fully, slowly her feet walked closer to the window. Approaching until she stopped.
Moonlight gently illuminated Obsidian's messy black hair. Her face was raised a little.
"Under the beauty of the moonlight, which illuminates this night...,"
Obsidian's eyes met the moonlight.
Her hand was raised covering her own mouth, although it was still visible from the gaps of her own fingers.
"By the way, how many humans will die in Miosmo city,"
"This world is a mess, truly lucky are the humans who live here:,"
"...Will this calm atmosphere last." Obsidian then turned back to Sinhart.
It was seen that the reaction of Sinhart's previous blue Anima energy had disappeared.
The reincarnation process should have been running... just waiting for his soul to adapt to his body. If there are no obstacles the reincarnation will be perfect like the others.
Obsidian approached Sinhart again.
"It is also time to send him home, it would be dangerous if the Sorcerer Knight Order caught me with kidnapping as the reason,"
Shadows swallowed the weak light. Tall buildings slightly blocked the moonlight from illuminating the streets.
Meanwhile in the special district of Vlaghju city, at the Sevilla house. The eaves slightly covered the moonlight. There was no natural rustle of wind, only a silence that was too complete. From that house porch Riana Sevilla was seen, sitting in a chair and staring blankly at her house yard.
The sound of grass in the yard rubbing together as the wind blew. Riana's gaze made one wonder what she was thinking about there.
Suddenly the entrance door began to slide, a young girl was seen appearing from there. A girl with a brown-black dress reaching her ankles, pink hair with bluish eyes.
"Madam Riana, what are you doing out here?" She asked.
