I decided to keep the last two system points for a time of need.
Maybe I was overthinking. Maybe paranoia was a "quality" which followed me across worlds. But if I ever needed emergency mana regeneration mid-combat — or a sudden upgrade to Satellite, Fireball, or even Speed — I wouldn’t regret having something saved for improvisation.
Better safe than dead.
That left only one thing to do, cast the Sleep spell.
After all, sleep made time fly, and I was far too excited about visiting the Adventurers’ Guild tomorrow to sit around doing nothing.
So I slept.
Very well, actually.
The woolf-wool bed felt like lying on a pile of warm clouds. Addictive...
Morning, however, was far less gentle.
The first thing I encountered upon waking was a disaster.
A white-haired, Level-88 disaster.
“Lady Diana, it is time to wake up. I have been entrusted with guiding you to the healing ward by Lady Zarra. On Saturdays it closes early.”
Ah.
Right.
Healing first. Adventurers’ Guild after. I nearly forgot.
Sebastian stood beside the bed with perfect posture, holding a small tray.
Meanwhile, I was drooling into the pillow like a pig.
I pushed myself upright, wearing a borrowed pink top and bloomers I had reincarnated in.
On the tray rested a cup of coffee and a mug of water.
I felt slightly guilty for mentally labeling him a final boss when he had treated me with nothing but respect.
HOWEVER.

“…Thank you,” I mumbled, reaching for the water first.
Unfortunately, paranoia remained stronger than gratitude, so I quietly used Appraisal.
[A mug of clean water.]
[A cup of hot coffee.]
…
Now I felt even worse.
I drank deeply, forcing my brain to wake up.
As my vision cleared, another notification appeared.

OHHH, THE DOUBLE XP WEEKEND I ASKED FOR!
NICEEE!
“Please change and follow me when ready.”
Sebastian gave a polite nod and exited the room.
Unauthorized reproduction: this story has been taken without approval. Report sightings.
Right... healing first. XP later, I suppose.
“Haaaaaah,” I sighed with disappointment.
Time to discover what other overpowered monsters were hiding inside this city.
I climbed out of bed and changed back into my clothes, fastening the cape properly. I liked it! It actually reminded me of hoodies from my previous life. The oversized sleeves swayed when I dangled my arms, which was strangely comforting.
And cute.
The butler waited outside with flawless patience while I finished dressing.
I stepped into the cold morning air and greeted him.
“Good morning. How’s it going?”
“Indeed a good morning,” he replied calmly. “Apologies for the skipped meal, but Haju operates best with prepared patients.”
Great.
No breakfast.
Surveillance debuff...
Skipping on the double XP...
And a scary-sounding name introduced by a scary-OP butler.
Perfect start to the day.

The city was peaceful, uneventful — and surprisingly enjoyable to explore.
Nothing dramatic happened along the way, but I learned something important: this place was far more advanced than I had first assumed.
Especially when it came to transportation; which they took very-very seriously.
We passed a large stable. Naturally, I expected horses.
Maybe pegasi.
Fantasy standards.
Instead…
Dinosaurs.
Well, not exactly dinosaurs, but close enough. Sleek, feathered creatures resembling velociraptors paced calmly inside reinforced pens, saddled and ready for travel — these were called Veloce Raptors, shortened to Raptors.
Nearby them rested Terrordactyls; smaller, fur-covered flying reptiles that looked like miniature dragons wrapped in feathers.
My brain immediately returned to that cozy house system I’d imagined back in the redwood forest.
A peaceful home.
Domesticated slimes cleaning everything automatically.
A stable with one terrordactyl and one raptor.
Swinging chairs on a wooden porch.
A perfect lazy slow-life.
My daydreaming session was shattered when a loud CHOO-CHOO echoed through the district.
Yes.
Trains.
Actual trains.
Again, this civilization took transportation extremely seriously. At this point, I wouldn’t even be surprised if a teleportation gate existed somewhere within the royal palace.
Other than the loud train, most of the journey passed swiftly and quietly. Before I realized it, we had arrived.
The Healing Ward.
A massive white-and-gray structure stood before us — unmistakably this world’s equivalent of a hospital. Guards waiting at the entrance, stern but polite as they managed incoming patients.
Well.
Stern but polite to most people. The moment Sebastian approached, their posture changed entirely and the 'stern' part dissapeared.
“Ah, Mister Sebas! Good day, sir! What brings you here today, and if I may ask, who is your companion?”
Sir?
Sebastian inclined his head calmly.
“Good day. This young lady is a guest under Lady Zarra’s surveillance. She sustained severe injuries during travel but remains stable due to her… uniqueness. We request consultation with Master Haju.”
The guards immediately stepped aside.
"Ah, please enter, you are welcome anytime, sir!"
That was… suspicious. Why was Sebastian respected by guards stronger than Zarra’s patrol soldiers?
Level 64.
Level 70.
My brain supplied theories instantly.
Former comrades?
Veteran adventurers?
Battle allies in their youth?
Retired war heroes?
Sebastian glanced sideways at me.
“You appear to be thinking something rather rude, Miss Diana.”
“E-EEK! You’re still young, you're still young! Please forgive me!”
?? ????? ? ????? ??
While I mentally prepared myself to meet 'Master Haju', Zarra had already reached her own destination.
She had spent the previous night at the king’s residence, traveling elsewhere that late would have been impractical. Thankfully, the king had treated her like family and allowed her to rest until the sunrise.
Wait...
They actually were family.
Never mind.
She slept peacefully, apparently unconcerned about the poor maids sharing a mansion with a possible "bloodsucker". That confidence had something to do with Sebastian’s former occupation.
Something-something about being a hunter.
Eh. Details.
As soon as morning arrived, Zarra made her way into the church.
Sunlight filtered through tall stained-glass windows, scattering colored light across polished stone floors. The air carried the faint scent of incense and old wood. Despite being a Saturday the place was quiet and empty.
Her armored footsteps echoed softly as she approached the altar.
She knelt.
Standing before the dim interior, she addressed the figure waiting within.
“Father Riyu, I present myself before you, seeking guidance.”
“Oh, Zarra! Such a rare sight!” the priest replied warmly. “Welcome, child. You are always welcome in the Lord’s house. What troubles you?”
“I…” She paused, choosing her words with unusual care. “I have doubts about a person I recently encountered. A weak girl who seems strange but trustworthy despite her… rather peculiar appearance.”
Hey! I can hear those! How rude!
The priest turned his back to her, thoughtful rather than surprised. He gave a small nod, as if he had expected this conversation long before she arrived.
“Follow me, please.”
Without further explanation, he began walking toward a small wooden structure tucked beside one of the chapel pillars.
A confession booth.
