  Learning Self Worth

  I can't believe I caught my Great Grandmother at the mall. I have missed her so much. She can't speak but Elarion said she can take the curse off of her. I don't doubt her ability at all. I never imagined that when I asked Grandma to look into Great Gran's heart and she suggested Zyrax, that he would be her second chance mate. Our family and pack are growing faster than ever but it means 2 things. Our pack is strong and danger is coming. Everyone in the pack has been training. We have decided to let all the Masters pick their students and have them train with us. We will hold a pack meeting soon, to explain what is happening and how we plan on preventing more catastrophes from happening. I need to focus and stop over thinking. I'm not alone in this fight against my so-called family. I have a real family and real friends who are in this fight with me. I need to remember that I'm no longer that scared little girl anymore. I'm a Princess and Luna and I have a very powerful family backing me and I also have powerful abilities of my own. That is who I am and have always been. I have always known my worth but those people have always made me worthless whenever they are around me. The last time they visited, was when they tried to kidnap Dorian.

We didn't think anything about it at the time so we welcomed them into our home. Gray had just put Dorian down for a nap and everyone had gathered around to help set the table for Cats congratulatory and welcome home dinner. Gray was putting ice in the glasses, Cat was napping on the sofa, Lyican and Jackson were having a heated conversation about how Lyican thought Uncle Wayne was crazy for giving Jack and I the PHC and how if anyone had the right to get the pack it should be him. I was busy tending to Nick getting his plate made when a scream let out like a banshee.

  Justina had gone into the nursery to check on Dorian only to find he was missing. We all went into high alert and had all the perimeters secured. It just so happened that King Vlad and his guards were outside in the garden when they noticed Cecilia trying to open a portal with a bundle in her arms. At first they thought she was just taking the presents that she had brought back home. Everyone knew of my strained relationship with my parents. Until that bundle she was carrying suddenly started crying. Vlad used his speed and safely grabbed Dorian as his men pushed Cecilia away from the portal she had just fully opened.

  We threw Lyican and Cecilia in the dungeon but let them go, after promising they would never come back on our lands or attack our family again.

  They found away by using dark magic but they think they are using Brenton to get close to us and think by their sorry attempt to apologize that we would be enough for us to get back in our lands. Little do they know more than one trap has been laid out to catch them. They want to attack me, fine, I can take it, but when they attack my family that is a different situation altogether.

  I'm not weak and I'm not worthless like they believe I am. They will see how a real family acts and what lengths they will go to just to protect their own.
