As of Prof. Dr. Dr. Kamp’s testimonial, the incident started on the 20.02.2056 at around 17:00:00, this lines up with data found at the location. \\ADDENDUM 1 – Due to later events Kamp was removed from the Blacklist and moved to the Blue list.
\\ADDENDUM2 – after internal investigation, it has been concluded that multiple high ranking officials were involved, multiple new names were added to the blacklist, it has also been confirmed that the “raid” Kamp mentioned was a scheduled relocation of TO 0245. This had been kept a secret due to REDACTED.
