While Silvane and Lyra engaged in a verbal tug-of-war—Lyra citing celestial mandates and Silvane retorting with threats of localized flash-freezing—Kaito simply tuned them out.
He didn’t like noise. Noise was "inefficient."
He held up his hand, his eyes glowing with the soft, systematic white light of [Imaginative Construct]. He didn't need to move; he just needed to think.
Behind the main garden, a section of the cliffside began to liquefy and reform. Stone flowed like wax, twisting into elegant arches and reinforced pillars. Glass panes manifested out of thin air, snapping into place with a series of satisfying clicks. Within thirty seconds, a completely new, two-story wing had sprouted from the earth, connected to the main house by a covered bridge.
"The shiny lady has a 'Divine Presence'?" Silvane was saying, her voice rising. "Well, I have a 'Calamity Class' rating! I was here first! I found Kaito when he was just a man in a weird suit building a brick wall!"
"I am the reason he has that 'weird suit'!" Lyra countered, pointing at the sky. "I am his benefactor! Without me, he would be—"
"Done," Kaito interrupted, gesturing toward the new structure.

The two women blinked and turned.
"Silvane, that’s your wing," Kaito said, dusting his hands as if he’d just finished a light chore. "It has a reinforced floor for your dragon form, a walk-in fireplace that burns at a constant 800°C for when you want to nap as a lizard, and a private entrance so you don't track soot through the main foyer. Your 'toast box' is on the kitchen counter in there. Go play."
The Dragon-girl stared at the building, her tail (which had manifested in her excitement) thumping against the ground. "A walk-in fireplace? With the... the blue flames?"
"Oxygen-enriched. Very cozy," Kaito confirmed.
Silvane’s hostility evaporated instantly. She looked at the building, then back at Kaito, her eyes narrowing again—but this time with anticipation. "Fine. It's... acceptable. But don't think you can distract me with 'interior design,' Kaito. You promised."
She stepped closer, ignoring Lyra entirely now. "You said once you got the 'Guest Wing' and the 'Soul-Bot' finished, we would go. You said we’d leave this forest and go adventuring. You promised to show me how a 'Hero' actually fights, because you said their technique was 'mechanically unsound.'"
Lyra’s eyes went wide. "Adventuring? Kaito, you can't be serious. You have the power to rewrite the world! If you go out there, you’ll accidentally dismantle a kingdom because you don't like their urban planning!"
Kaito looked at his perfectly manicured garden, then at the two chaotic women now occupying his peaceful life. He realized that if he stayed here, he’d just be a landlord for eternity.
"I've mastered the 'Mansion' hobby, Lyra," Kaito said, a small, rare spark of genuine interest appearing in his eyes. "I think it's time I tried the 'Adventurer' hobby. I want to see a dungeon. I have some theories about their ventilation systems that I’d like to test."
Silvane grinned, showing a row of dangerously white teeth. "Finally! I'll go pack my jerky!"
