Planet Sin.
A world bathed in scars of war, ruled by the Sixth Dragon King.
After endless battles and oceans of scorching flame, the warriors finally returned home. Their scales shimmered faintly in the lingering heat, wings folded, claws worn, but their eyes glinted with the satisfaction of survival.
The sky above slowly shifted back to its serene purple glow. Clouds shimmered faintly, like spilled ink in water, carrying traces of residual energy that danced lazily before vanishing.
A dragon warrior flexed his clawed hand, stretching, a faint smirk curling his lips.
"Hah… evolution… it was worth every battle," he muttered. "To speak, to train, to fight… to control our power… it's a gift we earned."
Beside him, a female dragon flicked her tail playfully, tapping his hand. A wink accompanied her words.
"If the war had never happened," she said softly, "we'd never have reached this stage. Don't you see? We're… more than we were meant to be."
The warrior opened his mouth to reply, but the air shimmered suddenly. Space itself bent and twisted, a distortion slicing through the atmosphere.
A senior dragon appeared, materializing in a flash of golden light. Arms folded, eyes sharp.
"Soldiers," he commanded, his voice slicing through the air like a blade. "Report to the castle. Dragon King Sin demands the results—now."
The warriors straightened, tails stiff, and vanished in unison, leaving the battlefield eerily quiet.
—
The castle of Planet Sin rose like a monument to ambition. Its walls shimmered with golden grandeur, gates forged from molten gold, guarded by elite dragons whose scales gleamed with lethal intent. Every corner screamed authority, every shadow whispered fear.
Within, upon a throne carved from flawless diamond, Dragon King Sin reclined. His crimson eyes glowed faintly, scanning the hall. A cruel smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he rested his chin on his massive claw. His hair lifted subtly as energy radiated off him like a storm, and his tail swayed behind him—slow, deliberate, threatening.
"So?" Sin's voice cut through the hall like fire. "We won the war, didn't we?"
A warrior bowed deeply, sweat dripping down his polished scales.
"Y-Yes, my Lord! Absolute victory!"

Sin's laughter erupted like rolling thunder, shaking the throne room.
"Of course," he said proudly, the sound of arrogance in every syllable. "Our evolution… has reached its peak."
His eyes sharpened, dangerous.
"The fools who dared possess the evolution spell… it belongs to us now."
He extended a clawed hand and gently patted the head of a kneeling dragon girl.
"My pets do work well," he murmured, almost tenderly.
Then—
*Crack.*
In one swift motion, his fingers gripped her horn. The bone and magic of it gave way instantly.
The girl trembled violently, teeth biting her lip, a tear escaping the corner of her eye.
"I… I understand…" she whispered, voice quivering.
From the shadows, Queen Monika watched. Silver hair brushed against her cheeks, her pink eyes wide with unease. Her hands clutched her golden robe tightly, knuckles whitening. Her heart hammered in her chest.
She turned silently, eyes glancing toward the hatch chamber.
—
The hatch chamber stretched endlessly, lined with advanced incubation tubes, humming faintly as life was nurtured within. Energy pipelines glowed softly, feeding young dragons in suspended growth.
A dragon scientist approached Monika with a gentle smile.
"Queen Monika," he said, voice trembling slightly, "your child has been born. He… he's safe."
Monika's chest rose and fell rapidly. Relief and fear tangled in her throat.
"…Born? Truly?" she whispered, awe lacing her words.
Dragons of old laid eggs, fragile shells cradling life. But now, evolution had rewritten the rules. Birth was alive, immediate, visceral.
She floated across the hall, landing before a single tube. Within, a baby slept, breathing softly through a protective mask.
But something was… off.
The pressure around him wasn't natural. It hummed, heavy, oppressive, overwhelming.
Tears welled in her eyes as her palm pressed against the glass.
"My child…" she whispered, voice breaking. "I name you Ares. Please… grow strong. I want to hold you someday."
As if responding, the tiny hand of the infant rose, pressing lightly against the glass.
The scientist froze, a tremor running through him.
"Wait… Queen…"
He glanced at a nearby device—his power-level recorder. It shattered before his eyes, sparks flying.
*BOOM.*
A shockwave erupted, rattling the chamber, shaking every tube.
Monika gasped, her heart nearly stopping. "What… what is this?"
The scientist stared in stunned horror. "His power… it surpasses Dragon King Sin."
He pointed shakily. "Look… his tail. The scales… silver…"
The baby's eyes opened. Silver. Glowing like distant stars, cold and infinite.
Monika stumbled backward, hand clutching her chest. Her knees gave way.
"No… no… why…?"
—
Flashback.
Sin stood tall on the balcony, crimson flames reflecting off his form, back rigid.
"If anyone is stronger than me," he had said, voice cold and unyielding, "I will kill them. Even if… it is my own child."
Monika's hand dropped a teacup in the kitchen, the ceramic shattering.
"Why…?" she whispered, tears tracing silent paths down her face.
Sin glanced at her once, eyes empty, law incarnate.
"When I speak… it becomes law."
—
The present.
Monika's gaze fell again upon Ares, sleeping in peaceful ignorance of his destiny.
"This… cannot happen," she murmured, voice barely audible. "I will protect him… no matter what."
—
At the throne room—
Sin's eyes caught the shockwave. For a heartbeat, he froze, calculating, furious, intrigued.
Then a cruel smile spread across his face.
"Oh?" he said, voice dripping with malice. "So… the child is born."
His massive palm crushed the arm of the throne, flames flaring around him like a storm.
"A mere infant… dares to surpass me?"
He rose, the aura of pure authority radiating from him.
"Erase him."
A soldier faltered, eyes wide. "My Lord… that child… he is your son!"
Sin's crimson gaze cut through him. "I do not care. Obey."
The soldiers shifted, silent, hearts hammering.
Behind them, the horn-broken dragon girl clenched her fists, trembling.
"This… this is cruel…" she whispered, voice raw. "He's insane."
Sin raised his palm again. Flames roared like unleashed dragons.
"Silence."
She froze, terror searing her veins.
Far beyond…
In the endless void of space…
A single eye, burning red like a dying star, slowly opened.
