  All the lords looked at each other, and lord of Avici thought.

  Maybe lord Yama also knows that we were involved, like he knew what the lord of Dandasuka did, but he chose not to tell so that he could know what his true intentions are. So, I think I shouldn’t lie, maybe he will forgive us.

  “Yes, lord Yama,” said the lord of Avici, “we did know that, and we should have told you, but we didn’t; we are ready for whatever punishment you give us.”

  “You don’t have to act in front of me,” said Lord Yama, “if you were that dutiful and honest, then you wouldn’t have hidden this from me.”

  All the lords glared at the lord of Avici who told the truth.

  “Stop it, I know you all were involved in this,” said lord Yama, “anyway, I needed to set an example, and I did, so as you can see what happens to the lord who breaks the laws of hell.”

  “So, I’m freeing you all from the punishment, but remember the day I find any of you doing the same thing, that will be your last day as lords of hell, and you’ll never want to know what comes next.” Said Lord Yama

  “Thank you, lord Yama, for mercy,” said the lords, and their voice echoed in the court, and they were going to move out of the court,

  “Stop” said lord Yama, “what’s the hurry, let me finish, First bring Ivaan here in the court and second find the where is Lord of Krimisha on earth so that he can be held accountable for the things he has done in the hell, if he is found , tell him that I can reduce his punishment if he surrenders otherwise I will not show any mercy.”

  “As you command, lord Yama,” said the lord of Avici.

  “And listen, I’m reminding you again because it looks like you all have a habit of forgetting.” Said Lord Yama, “If you plotted behind my back again then you already know what the consequences will be.”

  “We’ll remember,” said the lords, and they went to take Ivaan from that place.

  Ivaan was constantly trying to break the chain by casting spells, but was weak because of consistent torture, but kept trying. After some time, the chains tied across his arms and legs broke and fell hard on the ground with a snap.

  He picked himself up and went out of the place, as he came out of that dark place, he found himself standing in a completely unknown place.
