Chapter 78: Of Course, We Let Her Take The Lead.
Guanyu: “…”
Vulely: “…”
Guanyu: “Celia… even in your darkest moment, I don’t recall you ever truly considering suicide. So, why… have you gone with this path?” She asked with a deeply worried tone and expression.
While those within her sect spread the word, the other sects aren’t willing to believe in Guanyu’s return. After all, doing so would mean that their conflicts would have to end. And there is nothing more that Cultivators love than killing each other over minor disagreements!
As such, we just simply had to visit each sect, and force them to be aware of Guanyu’s endlessly scary presence, and then we’d be done with this whole little adventure. However, instead of doing that… Celia went off on an absurd tangent, with neither I nor Guanyu able to convince her of not following through on.
Celia: “Well, I might have considered it a bit at some points… but I’d be very unlikely to go through with it. Commit suicide, that is. Also, how is me exploring this dungeon suicidal?” She replied with a raised eyebrow.
Vulely: “This is the domain of an ancient being, an Ice Serpent! Or so Guanyu says. Either way, it is a reckless endeavor going here!” I explain with a lecturing tone.

Celia: “And? Correct me if I am wrong, but Guanyu also informed us that there wasn’t really anything that could threaten us in this Cultivation world, right?” She replied with an unbothered expression.
Guanyu: “…”
To this, the Cultivator didn’t respond. Not because she had nothing to say. Instead, Guanyu had been sensing around the area constantly, so that she could alert us if an enemy came our way. We brought her back to reality, and then Guanyu answered Celia’s unasked question.
Guanyu: “In Cultivation, strength isn’t something that can always guarantee you winning over another, or even your survival.” She ominously replied, now doing a thinking pose.
Celia: “How so? This world is far more different than I expected, so I’m sure that your next words will be chilling.” She asked with an excited tone.
Vulely: “Ah, I forgot that you were a bit of a battle-junkie, Celia. And your habit and taste for exploration… hasn’t faded, either.” I added with a groan.
Celia: “?”
Vulely: “…” “Doing a cute head tilt is cheating, Celia!!!” I exclaimed in my thoughts with a somewhat frustrated tone.
Guanyu: “Gods, Goddesses, the strongest Cultivators, or even me myself, can be unluckily brought down by some curse, or someone’s luck/karma overpowering ours. Do please recall that I was very nearly killed by such… unfortunate events, regardless of my power.” She explained with a serious tone.
Vulely and Celia: “( ’-’ ~)”
I wish that I could just spoil what happens in this spelunking… but, unlike with Zelia and Lotte, I am actually experiencing this in real time. Though it should be fine. As Guanyu doesn’t really seem to be that worried, but remaining cautious is still a good idea!
Celia: “Eh, fuck it. Vulely, please cheat for us! Go to your present, and see if this is a bad idea or not. Ah, we’ll make sure to continue ahead, so that you’ll be able to get the good information!” She suggested with a thumbs-up, as well as a smile.
Guanyu and Vulely: “(- _ -)”
